Our Credentials

  • INDURE is recognized as the leading manufacturer of Ash Handling systems.
  • INDURE is in business of pneumatic and hydraulic conveying since 1970.
  • INDURE has to its credit successful execution of over two hundred and fifty (250) ash handling system installations of new and R&M projects for a total power generating capacity of more than 90,000 MW in India and abroad. These plants are capable of handling more than 260 million tonnes of ash per annum
  • Indian coal having 40-60% ash is known to be highly abrasive due to high silica content and of low calorific value. The calorific value of Indian coal is around 3000 Kcal/kg compared to that of 6000 Kcal/kg available abroad. Therefore, Indian power plant generates about four (4) times more ash compared to similar plant else-where utilizing superior quality coal.
  • INDURE systems are designed to cater to high capacities and highly abrasive Indian ash.
  • The company has 100% capabilities in engineering, manufacturing, project management, supply, installation, commissioning and operation & maintenance of ash handling systems.
  • We design and manufacture all types of ash handling systems, silos, conveyors, slurry duty pumps and all the equipment coming in contact with ash.
  • Considering the specialized nature of our products and client needs, we have developed in-house specialization with strong engineering department, Research & Development, highly efficient production unit etc., that are of value in the market place.
  • Various repeat orders and service requests from customers prove our credibility in the market and reliability in system performance for customer needs.
